Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC / Electro-Mechanical projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP coordination, and site execution.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority approvals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review HVAC and electro-mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Supervise installation of HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, and ducting.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with an Electro-Mechanical background to join our HVAC operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design review, installation supervision, coordination, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and electro-mechanical systems across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review HVAC and electro-mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Supervise installation of HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and safety standards
• Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and system handover activities
• Monitor site progress, quality control, and resolve technical issues
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers as required
• Support estimation, value engineering, and cost control activities when needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC / Electro-Mechanical projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP coordination, and site execution
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority approvals (DM, DEWA, ADDC, etc.) is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of HVAC design software is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skillsValid UAE driving license preferred
