Site Overview:

For over 40 years, GE Aerospace has had a significant presence on the ground in the United Arab Emirates. With offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai Airport Freezone; an On Wing Support Center; partnership engineering, testing, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facilities across the country; and the Middle East Technology Center focused on solutions for the region’s hot & harsh environment. In addition to career opportunities, our sites offer a culture focused on respect for people and giving back to the community through grants and philanthropic programming.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • LEAP aftermarket Material Cost Agreement readiness : Collaborate with Safran, SAO, Product Line (PL), Finance, and Commercial teams to stand up and refine credit validation and calculation processes for LEAP material agreements, driving joint action plans and readiness for execution of MCR/SCR/SVCR/MCG/SCG agreements.

  • Lead Crediting Operations : Oversee all activities related to the supervision, organization, and on-time execution of material back-end rebates per material cost agreements with MRO and airline customers. Run tiered operating rhythms (e.g., daily management / weekly operating reviews) to monitor and improve “Crediting Factory” health and own performance against Bowler KPIs and associated action plans.

  • People Leadership : Lead a global team of Crediting Analysts across multiple regions, providing clear work direction, coaching and development, standard work guidelines, and hands‑on support to enable reliable, scalable crediting execution.

  • Customer and Stakeholder Management : Engage directly with external MROs, airline customers and Safran and with internal stakeholders (SAO, Finance, Customer Program Managers), to ensure financial and commercial parameters are met, resolve complex issues and disputes, and drive customer satisfaction and trust.

  • Contract Expertise : Become a subject matter expert in complex GE and CFM material cost/services agreements and contractual structures. Translate contract language into practical, executable rules and controls and create a feedback loop to global owners of contract templates to simplify structures, close gaps, and reduce leakage risk.

  • Strategy and Risk Reduction : Influence strategy and drive standard work formulation to improve crediting productivity and reduce contract leakage risk.

  • Digital Enablement : Partner with Digital Technology teams as the process owner and SME to implement a new enterprise software system to manage and automate back‑end rebate execution of the agreements.

  • FLIGHT DECK leadership: Act as a champion of FLIGHT DECK principles, using Value Stream Management and continuous improvement to reduce waste, standardize processes, and sustain high performance in crediting operations.

Required Qualifications:
  • This role requires significant experience in the Services & Customer Contract Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Desired Characteristics:
  • Crediting/contract operations: Experience leading crediting, billing, pricing, or rebate operations with a solid understanding of services agreements, contracts, and related risks and controls.

  • Process builder: Proven ability to operate in unstructured environments, then design, document, and standardize processes for scale.

  • Data-driven : Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and analytics/BI tools to track performance and drive actions.

  • Change and digital readiness: Experience implementing new systems or tools, including requirements definition, testing, and change management.

  • Leadership & influence: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and cultures.

  • Continuous improvement mindset: Familiarity with FLIGHT DECK fundamentals and interest in applying them to office/transactional processes.

  • Success: In this role will be measured by accuracy and timeliness of credits, reduction in contract leakage, productivity/automation improvements, and customer satisfaction.
