We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and internal branding activities across the MENA cluster. This role focuses on internal branding, employee engagement, and content creation, playing a key part in bringing the DSV brand to life within the organization. You’ll manage day‑to‑day marketing initiatives, develop engaging internal content, support change communication, and coordinate events that strengthen our brand culture and team connection.

Reports to: Regional Marcom Lead, MEA

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities
Internal Branding & Communication
  • Manage and update SharePoint, internal newsletters, and internal content calendars.
  • Develop creative concepts for internal campaigns and awareness initiatives.
  • Support change management projects (integration, rebranding, new office branding).
  • Create engaging internal videos, visuals, and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate branding elements for internal events, office spaces, and employee initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Experience
  • Support planning and execution of internal events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Work with HR and management teams to strengthen internal communication and team culture.
  • Monitor engagement and feedback to help enhance internal initiatives.
Marketing Support & Coordination
  • Assist with day‑to‑day marketing activities, project tracking, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to gather stories, updates, and content for campaigns.
  • Manage vendors and creative partners to deliver materials on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or internal communications.
  • Proven creativity with experience in producing visual and multimedia content.
  • Strong understanding of branding and employee engagement principles.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
