Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager for Krispy Kreme brand is responsible for execution of the brand marketing plan, brand strategy, strategic planning and management. The position will partner with the Franchisors’ Team, Brand Operations, Digital Marketing and Cluster Marketing teams to drive Restaurant Sales and Transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the execution of the marketing calendar by coordinating campaign timelines, supporting marketing mix recommendations, developing creative briefs, and working closely with local teams to cascade and deliver campaigns.
  • Manage digital home delivery plan and role out execution, including local digital campaigns, social media initiatives, influencer activations, and performance tracking in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
  • Support commercial performance by executing pricing, value propositions, and promotional mechanics, ensuring alignment with margin targets, sales objectives, and brand positioning across markets.
  • Identify and execute local market opportunities such as partnerships, sponsorships, store openings, and transactional initiatives that drive traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate internal and external brand communication materials, including in-store POP, community flyers, radio assets, and other localized marketing touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Leverage consumer research, market insights, and competitor analysis to support campaign optimization, understand consumer behavior, and recommend product or communication improvements aligned with market needs.
  • Track and manage the assigned marketing budget, ensuring spend efficiency, timely execution, and alignment with agreed financial targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Agencies) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and achievement of KPIs.
  • Own and execute Krispy Kreme retail sales and trade marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, seasonal offers, traffic-driving mechanics, ensuring strong coordination with Operations to maximize retail performance.
  • Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis, setting clear objectives upfront and reviewing sales uplift, traffic, ROI, and execution effectiveness post-launch, translating learnings into actionable improvements for future campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment with Krispy Kreme International on global campaign frameworks, adapting toolkits, assets, and guidelines for local market execution while maintaining global brand consistency and standards.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 6-8 years of Marketing experience, proven results in Marketing in QSR industry will be an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of all Marketing Trends in similar businesses.
