About the Job

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and successful implementation of high‑impact marketing campaigns, in line with the overall strategy, that drive measurable, incremental revenues for Rooms, F&B, and Spa.

A self‑starter who brings a creative approach and a commercial mind‑set along with a proven experience of building strategic marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an annual integrated marketing plan, in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy and within budget guidelines.
  • Manage the roll out of marketing initiatives and oversee the execution of all promotional activities across all channels, ensuring brand adherence and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Public Relations Manager to ensure all channels are fully maximized.
  • Track, analyse and report weekly, monthly and quarterly on campaigns and channels’ performances versus agreed KPIs and budget.
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence and campaigns.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with agencies and third parties.
  • Manage various e‑tools e.g. CRM, CMS, ORM, Social Media Management Platforms.
  • Plan, organise and oversee photoshoots for the hotel (including major collateral photography, F&B shoots).
  • Ensure Sales and F&B teams receive adequate marketing support.
  • Measure the success of all marketing activities and use data to identify future opportunities.
  • Produce regular campaign performance reports to senior management.
  • Proactively interact with multiple internal departments to ensure successful delivery of a variety of brand projects that support the hotel’s business objectives.
  • Continually seek out and implement new ideas for increasing the level of engagement and conversion rates.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing environment, preferably within the Travel & Hospitality industry, Fashion or Luxury Goods.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Great time management and problem‑solving skills.
