Our client is a prominent retail and fashion group in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in luxury abayas, traditional wear, and high-end textiles. Established in the UAE, they have grown significantly with numerous stores (25+) across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

Currently we are hiring a Marketing Manager for our client for Ajman location, who will lead the development and execution of effective marketing strategies to strengthen the brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across all divisions, including fashion, perfumes, leather goods, retail & hospitality. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in luxury or retail marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with Group’s overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Manage the brand positioning of company and its sub-brands in the market.
  • Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create compelling brand content.
  • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website, SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Analyse digital performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions).
  • Coordinate influencer marketing, content creation, and community management.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns for product launches, sales events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on campaign performance.
  • Retail & Visual Support: Work closely with the retail operations team to support in-store promotions and events.
  • Ensure consistency in in-store branding, visual merchandising, and marketing collateral.
  • Events & PR: Plan and manage corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and PR agencies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Budget & Team Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure ROI on all campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality outputs and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, perfume, leather goods & Hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and brand development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
