Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, including content and social media marketing.
  • Strong creative skills in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) and digital content creation.
  • Experience managing organic social, paid social, SEO, and Google Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Create, execute, and analyze marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to track trends.
  • Ensure marketing collateral is updated and available.
  • Manage and support hotel marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Organize and execute photo and video shoots.
  • Support the planning of marketing activities for key events.
  • Champion the brand voice across all marketing materials.
  • Maintain an active presence across social media channels.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas to support commercial success.

Ready to showcase our resort’s unique stories and unforgettable guest moments? We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with the creativity and drive to boost our brand visibility and support our sales goals—day after day.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
  • Support the Asst. Director of Marketing in executing marketing strategies for the hotel and all venues, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and commercial goals
  • Monitor and maintain brand.com, the independent hotel website, and the third-party website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current hotel offerings
  • Creating, executing, and analysing marketing initiatives, including food & beverage promotions, eCommerce activities, and seasonal campaigns
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to track trends, pricing, and promotional strategies across the cluster’s key markets
  • Ensure marketing collateral is updated and readily available, including media lists, brochures, photo libraries, newsletters, and digital content
  • Manage and support hotel marketing projects, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with allocated budgets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, graphic designers, content creators, and external agency partners to develop creative assets that are brand-compliant and impactful
  • Organizing and executing photo and video shoots, ensuring brand aesthetics are maintained and administrative processes are followed
  • Support the planning and implementation of marketing activities for key events, exhibitions, and on-property promotions
  • Champion the brand voice across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency in tone, language, and visual presentation
  • Maintain an active presence across social media channels, supporting engagement and content strategies in line with regional marketing goals
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to support commercial success and guest engagement across the cluster.
What we need from you:
