Role Overview

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the timely and effective delivery of marketing programs and initiatives across the Hospitality Division. This role works closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure all activities align with Alshaya’s standards and the host brand’s guidelines.

This is a dynamic position that covers artwork development, advertising, promotions, catalogues, and magazines. The role also involves analyzing market research, assisting with category management, and providing actionable insights to enhance brand performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
  • Manage creative development for artwork, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • Support production of catalogues, magazines, and other marketing collateral.
  • Analyze market research and consumer trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist with category management and contribute insights to optimize product positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Explore opportunities in brand/product activations, events, and e-commerce as stretch goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing and/or public relations.
  • Background in FMCG, F&B, or a mix of both preferred.
  • Hands‑on real campaign execution experience (not limited to agency/media agency work).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic speaker preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Positive, solution‑driven mindset with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
