About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager of Human Capital to join Human Capital team for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drive continuous improvement, leadership development, and productivity across departments through effective HR initiatives and collaboration.
  • Manage HR budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate monitoring of P&L and strategic resource allocation.
  • Champion employee engagement, recognition, and development through training, performance management, and talent programs aligned with Jumeirah’s culture.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, UAE labor laws, and internal standards while maintaining strong communication, colleague well‑being, and workplace quality.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • ABachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field
  • Professional qualifications/certification infieldof Human Resources Management.
  • MBA or otherpost graduateeducation in the related area.
  • Level A and B qualified in British PsychologicalSociety
  • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Advanced)
