About Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Manager – Employee Culture & Internal Communications to join our People & Culture team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an internal communication strategy aligned with company goals and culture.
  • Establish communication standards, tone‑of‑voice guidelines, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent internal messaging across departments.
  • Define and promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to strengthen employer branding.
  • Draft and implement policies, SOPs, workflows, and processes to support pre‑opening activities and ensure smooth ongoing operations.
  • Partner with HR leadership to support change management initiatives, ensuring employees understand, adopt, and engage with organizational changes.
  • Oversee the rollout, structure, and content development for the internal engagement app, driving adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to produce employer brand content (videos, social media, blogs, storytelling) and manage presence on employer review sites.
  • Lead branding initiatives for recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and partnerships to attract top talent.
  • Draft and distribute internal memos, announcements, and updates across multiple channels (emails, newsletters, engagement app).
  • Organize and manage weekly and quarterly town halls, employee engagement activities, and internal events, including wellness days and cultural programs.
  • Lead employee recognition programs and manage benefit communications (e.g., discount catalogue).
  • Create engaging content for internal platforms, including office screens, templates, and in‑house videos showcasing company culture.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication and employer branding initiatives, tracking performance metrics and optimizing strategies.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or related roles.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, Canva, LinkedIn).
  • Creative mindset with a passion for culture‑building and brand storytelling.
