Your Contribution to Our Growth

We’re hiring a Manager of Corporate Strategy to join our Dubai office and support Aquanow’s continued expansion across the UAE and MENA region. This is a strategic role that blends consulting, project leadership/management, and cross-functional execution to help translate our vision into clear plans, aligned teams, and successful delivery.

You’ll be responsible for driving internal strategic initiatives, shaping client-facing materials and pitches, and coordinating complex projects from concept to execution. This is a great fit for someone with a consulting background who is comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment, navigating ambiguity, and working across cultures and time zones.

This person will partner closely with our leadership team both locally and globally. You’ll work with Business Development, Compliance, Product, Operations, and other teams to ensure alignment on priorities, clear communication, and effective execution. You’ll also support our commercial efforts by preparing materials for client pitches, documenting new solutions, and helping local teams stay aligned with company strategy.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position working Hybrid out of our Dubai office.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business modeling to support strategic decision making.
• Develop pitch materials, business plans, and financial or operational models for both internal and external audiences.
• Support our CEO and leadership team on company-wide initiatives, including market expansion, new product exploration, commercial strategy, and other ad hoc strategic projects.
• Work closely with Business Development to prepare client-ready materials and support commercial pitches. Ensure strategic priorities and messaging from HQ are clearly communicated and executed locally.
• Coordinate and manage complex, cross-functional projects from scoping through execution. Facilitate alignment across departments and ensure milestones, risks, and dependencies are clearly tracked.
• Create and maintain dashboards, project trackers, GAANT charts, and structured reporting for leadership, ensuring visibility on progress across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with teams across Compliance, Product, Operations, and Commercial to help bring new solutions to market and ensure regulatory alignment in the UAE and broader MENA region.
• Act as a strategic problem solver for our CEO and leadership. Step into ambiguous challenges, generate clarity, and ensure actions move forward.

We’d Love to See

• 5 to 8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related strategic role.
• Experience managing cross-border and multi-stakeholder initiatives, ideally within fintech, payments, banking, or crypto.
• Strong familiarity with the business culture, regulatory environment, and market dynamics across the UAE and MENA region.
• Experience working directly with financial institutions or regulators is a strong asset.
• Ability to operate independently with limited onsite support and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment across multiple time zones.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cultures and disciplines.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of complex, open-ended problems.
