Role : Manager Capital Markets & FX Solutions
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose: Support the Wealth Management Products Team in achieving strategic objectives by developing and launching new Capital Markets products with a focus on Sukuk Structured Products and FX Solutions. The role involves monitoring product performance ensuring regulatory compliance and managing the end-to-end lifecycle for the assigned product lines.

Key Accountabilities of the role

• Identify and analyze investment ideas aligned with client needs and macroeconomic trends.
• Promote Capital Markets products (Sukuk Structured Products FX) through frontline engagement.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-sale monitoring.
• Train and develop distribution channels on new and existing products.
• Coordinate with Back and Middle Office for smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and updated product documentation and approvals.
• Ensure effective communication across all distribution channels.
• Develop and enhance marketing and promotional materials for assigned products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain necessary approvals (Central Bank & SCA).
• Support client meetings and strengthen relationships with third-party providers.
• Prepare product programs presentations and teasers for new launches.

• Education & Expertise: University degree in a relevant field (CFA preferred) with 710 years experience in Wealth Management Investment Management or Investment Banking.
