We are now seeking a Marketing & Communications to define, govern, and elevate our group brand narrative across a diversified portfolio of businesses. This role will ensure a single, powerful portfolio story, strong subsidiary brands, disciplined go-to-market execution, and a credible reputation with customers, partners, regulators, and the public.

Role Purpose

You will own the strategic direction, governance, and execution of Crown Farms’ brand, marketing, and communications agenda. This is a leadership role that blends brand building, corporate reputation, ESG storytelling, and commercial performance.

Group Brand Architecture & Governance
  • Define and manage Crown Farms’ brand architecture across all subsidiaries.
  • Establish brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity systems.
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.
Portfolio Marketing & Go-to-Market Framework
  • Develop portfolio-level GTM strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead campaign planning, launches, and market entry strategies.
  • Partner with commercial teams to drive demand and growth.
Corporate Communications & PR
  • Own the corporate narrative and reputation management.
  • Manage media relations, press releases, crisis communications, and leadership positioning.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
ESG, Sustainability & Storytelling
  • Translate sustainability initiatives into compelling, credible narratives.
  • Lead ESG storytelling across internal and external channels.
  • Support regulatory and investor communications where needed.
Employer Brand & Internal Communications
  • Strengthen Crown Farms’ employer brand.
  • Develop internal communications frameworks to drive engagement, alignment, and culture.
Digital & Marketing Performance
  • Oversee digital platforms, content strategy, and social media.
  • Track performance metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize brand impact.
Candidate Profile
  • 10–15+ years of leadership experience in Brand, Marketing, and Communications.
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands or portfolio structures.
  • Background in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Agriculture, Retail, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of GCC markets and/or export-driven businesses (preferred).
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
  • Exceptional storytelling, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
