About the Job

The Management Trainee Program is conducted annually for selected graduates. All Management Trainees receive specific on-the-job training, classroom training and soft skills development to enable them to assume the position of senior officer upon successful completion of the program. To gain further knowledge of NBF, the Management Trainee will work with experienced managers and through job rotation be exposed to several departments across the Bank.
