Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in production, warehouse, logistics, procurement & HR
• Strengthen teams through recruitment, training & succession planning
• Ensure compliance with Free Zone & regulatory requirements
• Implement policies, KPIs & cost controls to boost efficiency
• Prepare & present reports to senior management

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or HR
• 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial or Trading sectors
• Proficiency in HR, labor law
• Age between 35 - 55
• Fluent in English
