Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Maintenance Supervisor located in Dubai. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and managing maintenance and repair tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years UAE experience as engineering / maintenance supervisory role in hospitality or facility management is a must.
• UAE driving license is a must
• Strong background in Electrical and good knowledge of HVAC / MEP
• Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
• Technical certification or diploma in a related field
