Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate cutting, pressing, and processing machines for insulation materials
• Set up machines as per job requirements and production plans
• Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent output quality
• Perform basic machine maintenance and routine checks
• Identify and report machine faults or production issues
• Ensure materials are processed as per technical specifications
• Maintain production records and shift reports
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines strictly
• Support continuous improvement in production efficiency

Mandatory Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical field preferred
• Experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of machine operations and safety standards
• Ability to read job sheets and follow technical instructions
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good coordination and attention to detail
• Experience in insulation, wood, paper, or transformer-related industry is an advantage
