Job summary

A leading travel and tours company in Dubai seeks a skilled chemical process supervisor. You will be responsible for formulating PU foam chemical recipes and supervising the foaming process to meet production requirements. The ideal candidate should possess experience in chemical formulation, monitor chemical ratios, and be able to conduct tests for quality control. Training operators on safe chemical handling will also be a key aspect of this role.

Formulate and adjust PU foam chemical recipes according to production requirements.

Monitor chemical ratios (polyol, TDI, water, catalysts, silicone, colorants).

Supervise foaming process, ensuring target density and cell structure.

Record and analyze process parameters, taking corrective action when needed.

Conduct on-line tests for density, hardness, and quality consistency.

Calibrate dosing systems and maintain chemical tanks and pipelines.

Train operators on safe chemical handling and process stability.

Maintain documentation for formulations, production reports, and trials.
