• 1 year or more experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of dining room layout and procedures.
• Answer telephone using correct salutations.
• Take record and confirm restaurant reservations.
• Monitor guests’ reactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist restaurant staff to ensure optimum service.
