Qualifications

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Maintain and administer computer networks.
• Implement network security measures.
• Monitor performance of computer systems and networks.
• Train and supervise IT hosts.

Skills

Strong design skills

Expert knowledge of Microsoft XP Suite

Strong knowledge of SMS 2003

Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint services

Proficient with Veritas Backup Exec

Experience with Anti-virus & Spyware tools

Knowledge of Intrusion Prevention and Detection

Excellent English communication

Education
