A luxury retail brand in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Client Development Specialist (CDS) to enhance customer loyalty and relationship management. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail environment or CRM.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly clienteling strategy for each Client Advisor.
• Support store staff performance.
• Responsible for development and improvement of store customers’ master data.
• Coordinate clienteling reporting tools to ensure KPI’s are achieved.
• Act as ambassador for the myTOUCH app usage.
• Liaise with EMEA Marketing team for events and CRM activities.
• Support CRM and myTOUCH training for Client Advisors.
