Job Description: Case Officer (Immigration Services)
Position Overview

The case officer is responsible for handling end-to-end immigration files, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission, and professional communication with clients, government authorities, and internal teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of immigration procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client file management

    • Handle and manage assigned immigration cases from initiation to completion.
    • Review client documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with immigration requirements.
    • Maintain updated records in the company’s CRM or case‑management system.
  2. Application processing

    • Prepare, verify, and submit immigration applications for various categories (work permits, visas, PR, citizenship, etc.).
    • Track application progress and follow up with authorities or clients for additional documents.
    • Ensure all applications meet the required timelines and quality standards.
  3. Client communication

    • Provide clear guidance to clients regarding documentation, procedures, and next steps.
    • Respond to client queries via email, phone, or meetings in a timely and professional manner.
    • Update clients routinely on the progress of their case.
  4. Coordination with internal teams

    • Work closely with the pro, legal advisors, team leads, and managers to ensure smooth case flow.
    • Assist in preparing letters, forms, and official submissions as needed.
  5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

    • Ensure all work complies with company policies and relevant immigration laws.
    • Maintain confidentiality of client information.
    • Conduct quality checks on files before submission to minimize errors.
  6. Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports of all active cases.
    • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (law, business administration, or related fields preferred).
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in immigration, visa processing, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures for countries like UAE, Canada, UK, Europe, etc.
  • Experience with CRM or case‑management software.
  • Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic or other languages added advantage).
