Job description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Team Leader to oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of logistics personnel ensure smooth workflow and uphold company standards for efficiency accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate logistics staff in receiving storing packing and dispatching goods.

• Monitor team performance assign daily tasks and ensure productivity targets are met.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies across all logistics operations.

• Work closely with inventory control procurement and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays.

• Provide training guidance and performance feedback to logistics staff.

• Ensure accurate documentation of shipping and receiving activities using ERP or WMS systems.

• Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free warehouse environment.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and contribute to process optimization.

• Report KPIs operational updates and staffing needs to the Logistics Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in logistics or business is a plus).

• 3 years of experience in logistics warehouse operations or a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in using inventory management and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite).
