Overview

STS Aviation Services is growing across the Middle East, and we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operative to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will support operational efficiency by managing, handling, and tracking tools, materials, and equipment essential to our aviation operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, global organisation that prides itself on delivering excellence in aircraft maintenance and engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all material and equipment are received in accordance with company procedures
• Correctly store, tag, and calibrate tooling and equipment
• Control issuing and storage of tools and equipment, including airside assets
• Maintain minimum stock levels of tool stores and material stores, factoring in supplier delivery times
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures related to safe working and materials storage
• Provide logistics support for urgent or high-priority requirements and assist the Logistics Lead when required
• Maintain and update the inventory database

Skills and Experience

• Proven working experience within a logistics environment
• Proficiency in standard logistics software (Ultramain experience advantageous)
• Previous experience within an aviation logistics environment
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
