La Cima Production Studios & Events is hiring a Logistics & Operations Manager to oversee on-ground operations and logistics for large-scale stadium, football, and major sports events. This role is critical to ensuring smooth execution before, during, and after live events.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in stadium operations, event logistics, and live-event coordination, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage logistics for stadium and sports events
  • Coordinate venue readiness, load-in, and load-out operations
  • Manage transport, accommodation, and equipment logistics
  • Liaise with stadium authorities, vendors, and service providers
  • Oversee operational schedules, staffing, and site access control
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational protocols
  • Resolve on-ground operational issues during live events
  • Support rehearsals, test events, and matchday execution
  • Maintain clear communication with project leadership and teams
Required Experience & Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in event logistics or stadium operations
  • Proven experience managing large-scale sports or live events
  • Strong understanding of venue operations and access control
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in live-event environments
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Experience working with government entities and vendors is a plus
