Role Overview

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all logistics operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services across civil, infrastructure, and luxury residential projects. This role requires a strategic leader with strong organizational skills who can optimize supply chain processes, maintain compliance with UAE regulations, and support project execution with efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Planning & Strategy

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with project schedules and business objectives.
• Ensure efficient supply chain management across procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules to minimize costs and delays.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including customs clearance, inventory control, and fleet management.
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination.
• Monitor logistics performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE customs, transport, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Establish KPIs to measure logistics efficiency and effectiveness.

Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor logistics teams across multiple project sites.
