Job description

Apt Resources is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Leisure Sales Executive to join the team of a well-established 4-star hotel in Dubai. As a Leisure Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the hotel's leisure facilities and services to leisure guests and travel agents. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to maximize leisure revenue and occupancy rates.

In this role, you will be expected to have excellent knowledge of the local leisure market, stay updated with industry trends and competition, and build strong relationships with travel agents and potential leisure guests. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, proven sales experience in the hotel industry, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell the hotel's leisure facilities, services, and packages to leisure guests and travel agents
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the leisure market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other leisure-focused stakeholders
  • Create and present compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Coordinate and participate in sales calls, site inspections, and familiarization trips
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leisure sales within the hotel industry in Dubai
  • Must be in UAE
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of the local leisure market and competition
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and leisure guests
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license

Basic Salary AED 4500 plus Car and cellphone allowance + free accommodation and all other benefits as per UAE labour laws
