We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to provide comprehensive legal advice and support to Indian nationals living in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients understand their rights and obligations under the UAE laws and regulations.


Responsibilities


  • Provide legal advice and guidance to Indian nationals living in Abu Dhabi, UAE on various legal matters such as employment contracts, tenancy agreements, and corporate laws.

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of laws and regulations relevant to our clients' cases.

  • Prepare legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings or arbitration hearings when necessary.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the UAE laws and regulations that may affect our clients.

  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role.

  • Experience working with Indian nationals is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of the UAE legal system and its procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus).
