A leading luxury hotel chain is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its Abu Dhabi location. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of food and beverage operations experience in a luxury setting, with proven leadership skills in managing multicultural teams. This role involves overseeing service levels, managing budgets, and ensuring guest satisfaction while developing a strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and dining etiquette. Strong English language skills and preferably Arabic are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and cultural dining etiquette.
• Experience in managing multicultural teams.
