About The Role

The role is responsible for providing support and help create the best learning environment and people engagement for the Retail Business. This role focuses on ensuring high engagement/ user experience of the digital learning platforms. The tasks can range from supporting in engagement events , driving awareness behind learning events to designing and delivery of training programs

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Design and create training material in collaboration with various business units
  • Support in producing materials for training (job aids, training packs, pre-post evaluations)
  • Presenting and facilitating learning activities and learning events as required
  • Support content curation and ownership of learning calendar
  • Updating content in the digital learning platforms
  • Creating report/dashboard to reflect effectiveness-both digital & in person trainings
  • Monitor the Insignia HR Communications and respond to engagement & learning queries
  • Provide support on logistics/communication of enagagement & learning activities as required per project
  • Provide support in building business process flows and overviews for the appropriate audiences
  • Provide creative support to presentation ie. Infographics, powerpoint
  • Support in the creation and execution of Communications plans and activities
  • Coordination and logistics of people experience and learning activities ie. Venue booking, Calendar invites, Event Décor, attendee follow up and availability
  • Stay relevant on industry trends and learning technologies

  • High level of interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking in front of people/ groups
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
  • Proven ability to work to stringent deadline and exceptional eye for detail
  • Excellent work ethic and time management
  • The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in English Language
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills - excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in working with multiple communication channels, digital savviness
