Qualifications

• Experience in lean manufacturing systems preferably in HVAC.
• 1 to 2 years in manufacturing, especially in mass production.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies through data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Track performance metrics and report deviations.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
