Lead Process Engineer – Dubai, UAE

Wood is recruiting a Lead Process Engineer to join its UAE Business Unit to execute scopes for a major onshore brownfield project in Dubai. The role is full‑time, office‑based with travel to project sites.

Responsibilities
  • Define and approve technical scopes and project design.
  • Lead the execution of assigned engineering tasks and deliver complex solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise, design reviews, and knowledge transfer to project teams.
  • Supervise and mentor technical specialists and engineer staff.
  • Manage project aspects such as cost, schedule, risk, and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • ISCED Level 6 Bachelor’s (minimum) or Level 7 Master’s engineering degree.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience.
  • Professional chartership or relevant professional license preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge, problem‑solving, and project leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
