Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing live event sites or large-scale production builds.
• Solid understanding of rigging, builds, logistics, and event health & safety protocols.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE-based or open to relocation.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site works including setup, breakdown, and live event phases.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and crew for seamless delivery.
• Monitor timelines and solve issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Guide site crew and subcontractors to maintain high standards.
• Maintain quality control across all aspects of event delivery.
