Your Role

We\'re seeking a PHP Lead Engineer for our Partner Platform team. As a PHP Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining our partner platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of 5 or more engineers.
• People Development: Develop talent through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and challenging.
• Technical Ownership: Lead technical discovery of future work and guide technical decision-making.
• Project Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders\' expectations and coordinate work with team-external dependencies.
• Team Performance: Ensure alignment of the team\'s objectives with the higher-level organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Peers: Work closely together with other Squad Leads and Engineering Managers.

Your Expertise

You have at least 2 years of experience managing one engineering team of more than 5 people. You have a very good technical background in software development with :

• Good experience with PHP7,8 and Symfony or Laravel framework.
• Strong experience with OOP.
• MySQL and NoSQL.
• Messaging systems like RabbitMQ / Kafka.
• Container orchestration with K8S.
• Cloud services such as AWS / GPC / OCI.
• CI / CD.
• Testing (UT / Integration / Load test).
