Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, DEWA, SEWA-FAWE).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement electrical systems and components for various projects.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications and documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates and risk assessments.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and clients.
• Review and approve engineering calculations, reports and proposals.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices.
