At a high level, the job objectives are
  • Maximise commercial performance while managing business/project risks.
  • Commercialise sub‑Business Group service offerings to support business growth and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant commercial/contracting policies.
  • Resolve disputes/claims and cash collection issues.
  • Embed effective commercial governance and assurance across the sub‑Business Group / Project / Portfolio of Projects.
  • Liaise with corporate functions independently, including Corporate Tax, Insurance, Legal for any contractual matters.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies, along with an appropriate professional qualification (preferred)
Knowledge, skills and experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with more than 10 years of progressive experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Awareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures.
  • Proven experience in contract administration, including change management.
