Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Carry out general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and emptying rubbish bins.
• Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned according to the schedule.
• Observe Health, Hygiene and Safety guidelines when handling hazardous substances.
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor on duty.
