Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans that stimulate intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development.
• Foster creativity through engaging activities, promoting critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Establish a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to optimal learning experiences.
• Conduct continuous assessments to monitor each child’s progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child’s achievements and areas needing improvement.

Requirements

• Cache L3 qualification or above OR Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
• Experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred.
