Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement age‑appropriate and engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood learning objectives.

  • Foundational Teaching: Instruct children in basic skills including literacy, numeracy and social‑emotional development.

  • Interactive Learning: Use diverse teaching methods such as storytelling, music, art, games and outdoor activities.

  • Progress Assessment: Monitor and evaluate each child's development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

  • Parental Engagement: Maintain regular communication with parents about student progress and behavior.

  • Classroom Management: Foster a positive, safe and respectful classroom environment.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and administration to support the school's mission.

  • Compliance: Follow ADEK regulations and ensure classroom safety and hygiene standards.
