At BE-KIND, we’re on a mission to make the world a little kinder – one snack, one connection, one experience at a time. As the Marketing Activations Manager for MEA, you’ll play a key role in bringing the BE-KIND brand to life in ways that people can taste, see, and feel.

What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for the successful execution of all field marketing efforts in MEA ultimately resulting in increased brand awareness and conversion from trial to purchase.
  • Support the execution of the national events calendar through providing the relevant in-store displays and activity necessities on time.
  • Responsible for the delivery of all key field marketing metrics (total samples, ROI, POS placement, quality of the program, recruitment, engagement, etc).
  • Delivers unique & engaging experiences between BE-KIND and consumers through inclusion of the brand in key events across the markets, or creating the relevant experiences where relevant.
  • Support market field sales teams through relevant sampling & events – playing a key role in enabling opportunities with key customers and driving sell-out.
Manage BE-KIND Brand Ambassadors
  • Manage BE-KIND Brand Ambassadors, including recruitment, training, engagement within market, ensuring they successfully execute KIND Field marketing strategy and effectively oversee the field team.
  • Mentor BE-KIND Brand Ambassadors, encouraging skill development and personal brand ownership.
  • Lead by being an outstanding role model, regularly working with teams in the field.
DCOM Activations
  • Develop customer calendar/customer-specific activations for DCOM across MEA.
  • Work with DCOM acceleration team on DCOM media/visibility plan to support growth ambition on DCOM for MEA.
  • Represent BE-KIND as the POC during external business reviews and internal customer team meetings to drive the right focus on the business and unlock opportunities.
  • Liaise with MEA DCOM acceleration team to unlock the right DCOM portfolio to win within this channel.
  • Unlock DCOM-specific moments/occasions on top of BE-KIND calendar to accelerate BE-KIND growth within the channel.
Social Media / Community Management
  • Own our social and content strategy with support from our local agency partners.
  • This includes social calendar, locally relevant content, social listening, to step-change how we do social and bring us closer to our ensure synergy between market activation and social presence to elevate market activation beyond physical retail.
  • Report and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual results relevant to our social channels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree holders with experience within FMCG in a demand and/or customer development/function. Previous experience in customer/trade marketing and managing social preferred.
  • Experience working and partnering with sales to translate national brand plans into customer plans that can be executed in the market.
  • Category leadership experience with an ability to build strong collaborative customer category partnerships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced challenging start‑up like environment, and navigating complex situations and standing alone.
  • Analytical acumen coupled with the ability to derive key actionable insights from retail audit and category data.
  • Commercially minded with clear understanding of financial impact and ROI of marketing activities, and the ability to track, measure, and adapt activities accordingly.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance a rigorous approach with moving at pace.
  • Creative and solution focused mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative brand initiatives and find ways to make our limited budget and resources stretch as far as possible.
  • Experience landing 360‑degree brand activations, driving consistency across multiple touch points to deliver brand and product messaging with impact.
