A global data technology provider is seeking a Sales Manager based in Dubai. The role involves leading a team of Account Managers for flagship health record systems, increasing customer satisfaction, and developing key accounts. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Account Managers with responsibilities for existing business primarily around InterSystems’ flagship Electronic Health Record System TrakCare and HealthShare
  • Increase customer satisfaction levels in the installed base
  • Lead and drive the execution of account plans
  • Play a hands-on role in assisting the Account Managers with the development of key accounts
  • Forecasting and reporting
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Direct the building of senior customer relationships
