What Will Your Day Look Like?

The Junior Sales Executive supports client engagement and revenue growth by helping build strong client relationships, generating leads, and contributing to sales strategies. The role involves communicating product offerings, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to drive the organization’s sales performance.

How Will You Make an Impact?

Client Relationship Management

  • Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain regular communication to understand customer needs and resolve concerns proactively.
  • Provide prompt, clear, and effective responses to client inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation

  • Achieve new customer acquisition targets for the 5-gallon business within the assigned territory.
  • Drive customer growth through corporate partnerships and domestic channels, including residential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively participate in events, mall promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Track competitor activities and share market insights with recommended counter-strategies.

Sales Support

  • Coordinate product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients.
  • Work towards individual and team customer addition targets set by the Team Leader.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of departmental sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Market Research

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market developments.
  • Provide actionable insights on market opportunities and challenges to support sales initiatives.

Special Projects

  • Execute special assignments and projects as directed by Agthia LT.

MIS & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing timely, accurate departmental reports and statements in line with Agthia’s policies, standards, and reporting requirements.

Qualification, Experience & Functional Knowledge

Education

  • Higher Secondary Certificate or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

Functional Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
