Junior Regulatory Executive

We are seeking a Junior Regulatory Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage documentation accurately, follow established processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. A structured approach to work and a strong focus on accuracy will be key to success in this role.

Theposition is responsible for:

• Ensuringregulatory product compliance for all products in the Middle East.
• Provideguidance for all business units on local legislative and regulationupdates, ensuring compliance.
• Regulatorycommunication with suppliers and customers.
• Approvingnew customers and new products by checking and managing the safety datasheets.
• Assistin conducting internal and external audits (ISO) and other performanceevaluation activities specifically HSEQ and regulatory.
• Implementand execute HSEQ policies, procedures and guiding principles.
• Guide,support, promote awareness and coach all local personnel with theimplementation of the company’s HSEQ policies, procedures and guidingprinciples.
• Keepup to date HSEQR related documentation such as permits, licenses, riskassessments and audit reports.
• Implementthe organizations sustainable program.
• Ensureall applicable clauses from the ISO Standard are applied and maintained.
• Fluentin Arabic language is essential for this role.

Expected Qualification/Education:

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.

Work Experience:

1 to 2 years in a similar field.
