Job description

We are seeking a JuniorRegulatory Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage documentation accurately, follow established processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. A structured approach to work and a strong focus on accuracy will be key to success in this role.

The position is responsible for:

  • Ensuring regulatory product compliance for all products in the Middle East.
  • Provide guidance for all business units on local legislative and regulation updates, ensuring compliance.
  • Regulatory communication with suppliers and customers.
  • Approving new customers and new products by checking and managing the safety data sheets.
  • Assist in conducting internal and external audits (ISO) and other performance evaluation activities specifically HSEQ and regulatory.
  • Implement and execute HSEQ policies, procedures and guiding principles.
  • Guide, support, promote awareness and coach all local personnel with the implementation of the company’s HSEQ policies, procedures and guiding principles.
  • Keep up to date HSEQR related documentation such as permits, licenses, risk assessments and audit reports.
  • Implement the organizations sustainable program.
  • Ensure all applicable clauses from the ISO Standard are applied and maintained.
  • Fluent in Arabic language is essential for this role.

Expected Qualification/Education:

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.

Work Experience:

1 to 2 years in a similar field.
