Job summary

A growing interior design firm in Dubai is looking for a Junior HR Executive to support HR and administrative functions. This entry-level role offers an ideal opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement in a collaborative environment. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and have 6 months to 2 years of HR experience, including internship. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Role Overview

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or entry‑level professional looking to start or build a career in Human Resources. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR compliance within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling

Candidate Profile
