Job title: Junior FP&A

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the role

The ideal candidate will be agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly. This role requires someone who thrives under tight deadlines, who likes to work in a multicultural environment, and is already proficient in Excel. Reporting to the Head of Finance ME, the successful candidate will be working as « Business Partner » to monitor the global performance of the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Report daily / monthly sales and analyze variations vs Budget and Last Year trends.
• Responsible for monthly sales estimation in collaboration with Sales and Logistics teams to secure accurate forecasts and on-time deliveries.
• Assist the teams in their decisions through specific Sales analyses (launches, festive season, formats, SKUs).
• Manage all system reporting for this scope.

Management Reporting and Financial Analysis

• Assist in the monthly financial closing process, including specific analyses such as G&A review and Sales Promoters performance by customers.
• Supporting accounting teams in preparing and posting journal entries and ensuring proper documentation and accuracy of financial records.
• Lead the preparation and forecasting of P&L by customer and distribution channel, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor FX and run translational and transactional FX analyses.

Budgeting - Forecast

• Participate in the Budget and Revised processes.
• Prepare Budget Presentations and Financial Packages.
• Perform advanced reviews of business trends to prepare accurate budgets and re-forecasting

Role – Specific Skills

• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent Excel skills / Knowledge of ERP, SAP is a plus.

Desired Background and Experience

• Qualifications Education University degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance. One of the following diplomas (CPA, ACCA, DSCG)
• Must have previous experience in corporate finance.
