Junior Account Executive

As our Junior Account Executive – eCommerce, you are responsible for trade strategy execution. You will support sales and marketing teams by coordinating promotions, reporting performance, and optimizing retailer partnerships to grow visibility, engagement, and sell‑out across eCommerce platforms. This role ensures accurate execution, strong data tracking, and seamless collaboration with retailers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Sales, Performance and ROI Reporting and Tracking
  • End to end management of Noon consignment business which includes monitoring stock levels, placing requisition, liaising with Noon team for ranking, SOH and performance tracking.
  • Extracting and consolidating sales reports on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Analyzing sell‑out data to share data insights and recommendations.
  • Using the data to identify and track top SKUs and performance drivers for the business unit.
  • Maintain updated internal trackers for listing, promotions and campaigns.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and planning tools.
  • Collect and update data trackers from activations & in‑store initiatives.
  • Consolidate performance data and prepare ROI reports on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with Coty team to ensure that budget sufficiency is met with KAM alignment.
  • Track campaign rollout timelines and deliverables.
  • Track and validate promo activations/ROI analysis.
Events, Campaigns, and Promotions/Trade Plan Coordination & Execution Support
  • Work with Key Account Managers to understand trade plans and promotions and work with retailers on the accurate execution of these plans.
  • Coordinate with E‑com trade marketeer to align on promo calendar and launches across all online retailers.
  • Support campaign execution with creative and trade teams.
  • Prepare toolkits with product and campaign information to KAMs.
  • Ensure timely sharing of launch calendars and assets.
  • Coordinate logistics for activations (i.e., sampling & displays) with supply teams.
  • Manage on‑ground needs with retailers where needed.
Retailer Performance Maintenance Auditing
  • Ensure that brand store pages, banners, and content are continuously up to date and share requests with internal content team.
  • Ensure that pricing and visuals are correctly implemented.
  • Troubleshoot listing errors or visibility issues with Coty trade team/agency to ensure corrections and data accuracy.
Competitor and Market Monitoring and Auditing
  • Track competition pricing, promotions, and listings whilst maintaining competitive intelligence tracker.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess visibility of products.
  • Report on pricing, share of shelf and competitor activity.
