A Savoury Flavourist Assistant in a global leading company in Fragrance and Flavours Your Future position

Due to growth of the Taste and Wellbeing Savoury segment we are currently looking to hire a Savoury Flavourist Assistant to support the increasing Savoury sub-regional and regional Innovation project pipeline across our markets in South Asia Middle East and Africa. You will be based in Media City Dubai office and is an on-site position.

You will:

Be in the heart of the flavour creation

Perform with accuracy while compounding flavour samples for both proactive and reactive projects with guidance of the Savoury Flavourist of South Asia Middle East and Africa.

Help develop a state‑of‑art new Flavour creation laboratory.

Support in Savoury Flavour applications following the customer briefs.

Participate in Savoury Flavours tasting and learn profiling with the Flavourist.

Manage the library of ingredients and Savoury Flavours (stock management and shelf life).

Become the best of you:

Challenge your sense and learn the different flavour wheels.

• Confident in conducting SOPs and to prepare applications with quality speed and accuracy.
• Bring inputs in formulation development and preparation of internal bases.

Contribute to the communication of latest innovations brought in the Savoury segment.

We are looking for a special someone who:

Is already based in Dubai and fluent in English.

Has completed at least a Bachelor Degree in Science Chemistry Food Engineering.

Has worked 2 years in a similar role in the Fragrance and Beauty or Food and Beverage industry.

Works and keeps an environment tidy.

Work toward progress and likes to work as a team.

Is comfortable with setting a database through Excel and/or Access.

Doesn't have any allergy to food ingredients.
