Responsibilities

• Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right product
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Jewellery design
• Handle customer queries efficiently
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service and enhance repeat sales/ customer loyalty
• Achieve category wise sales target
• Manage stock in the store and support stock replenishment
• Maintain safety of Jewellery displayed
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities assigned
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store sales target

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Jewellery Selling Experience in 21kt store
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong selling skills, customer oriented and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Passion for Jewellery and fashion trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers if required
• Flexibility to work on split shifts on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
• Education- High School, Bachelors degree preferred
• Language: Arabic, English speaking
