Job summary

  • Follow up on IT security alerts and incidents.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist with a strong background in system administration, cybersecurity, and IT operations to act as the bridge between the System Administration team and IT Support team. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and ensuring system security across servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison between System Admin and IT Support teams to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
  • Oversee daily IT operations for all infrastructure components (servers, workstations, network, and security).
  • Monitor and manage system performance, availability, and security compliance.
  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for servers, endpoints, and network devices.
  • Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, or new implementations.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and periodic reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for external maintenance or technical support.
  • Follow up on IT security alerts, incidents, and patch management in coordination with the security tools.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum +2 years of experience in IT operations or system administration.

Proficient in
  • Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Server)
  • Office 365 / Google Workspace administration
  • Kaspersky EDR Optimum management
  • Fortigate Firewall configuration and monitoring
  • Networking (VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching)
